Terms of service
These terms describe the agreement between Firmstead and the firms that use it. Your firm’s order form or signed agreement, if you have one, takes precedence.

Using Firmstead
Firmstead is offered to businesses. The person who creates a firm account confirms they can accept these terms for their firm. Each firm is responsible for its users, for the information it stores, and for having the right to store it.
Your data
Your firm owns its data. We use it only to provide and secure the service, and you can export it whenever you need to. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Acceptable use
Do not use Firmstead to break the law, to send spam, to upload malicious files, or to try to access another firm’s data or our systems without permission.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly in USD, or annually where agreed, at the prices on our pricing page or in your order form. There are no implementation fees. You can cancel at the end of a billing period.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Firmstead available and secure, and we may improve or change features over time. We will tell firm owners in advance about changes that materially reduce what the service does.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Firmstead is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to the fees your firm paid in the twelve months before a claim.
